It was such a pleasure to have the Kmart property team at Foy’s Arcade, in celebrating their end of year event for the Kmart property team. So good to see a few familiar faces and many new ones interacting, catching up and enjoying friendly competition in ISPT’s immersive experience centre.
The day had been set out as a fun and interactive event, with a mixture of fun activities and exercises, geared to both celebrate and include team members.
The highlight of the morning session was the Prop Culture Awards, acknowledging achievements from outstanding team members of the Kmart and Wesfarmers team, for their amazing contribution to the company.
The event also focused on celebrating long serving members of the Kmart family, and for their contributions to the company.
Each member of the event, were split up into teams, and were tasked with a challenge, and participate in a faux scavenger hunt and head out into Melbourne CBD to take photos of allocated sites around the city.
Foy’s Arcade were honoured to host such an amazing event for such a fantastic group, and we look forward to welcoming the Kmart family back to Foy’s in the new year.
